irst ("the Service") is an online Persian calendar showing the Solar (Jalali), Lunar (Hijri) and Gregorian calendars side by side, with tools such as tasks, planning, periodic plans, habits, Iran Standard Time and occasion reminders. The Service includes a Chrome extension. This document explains what data we process, how and why.

Data we collect
- Account info: username, display name, email (if provided), and a hashed password.
- Your calendar content: tasks, notes, habits, periodic plans, occasions and time capsules that you create.
- Localization settings: chosen city (for weather & clock), timezone, language and theme.
- Chrome extension: the extension stores only an API key and the service URL locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) so it can connect to your own account, plus simple preferences such as language and theme.
We do not read or collect your browsing history or the content of other web pages.
How we use it
- To display your own calendar, tasks, reminders and information — nothing else.
- To deliver notifications and reminders that you have configured.
- To fetch weather for the city you chose (via Open-Meteo, without sending your identity).
Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking is used in the Service or the extension.
Chrome extension permissions
- storage — to store your API key and simple preferences locally.
- alarms — to periodically refresh data and schedule reminders.
- notifications — to show reminders for tasks, occasions and periodic plans.
- host access — only to securely communicate with the irst service to read/write your own data using your API key. It is not used for any other website.
Retention, deletion, security & children
- The API key and extension settings remain locally until you disconnect or remove the extension; removing the extension clears them.
- Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual items or contact us to delete your account entirely.
- Traffic uses HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No service is 100% secure; please keep your API key private.
- The Service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data.
